Description of construction

  • Solid cast slant-bed of high quality cast iron ensures high rigidity and vibration resistance
  • The design of the spindle unit ensures stable operation on high feed rates for both radial and axial loads
  • The vertical position of Z axis provides the most stable cutting conditions compared to lathe machines that have a horizontal Z axis
  • The balancing system of the machine is built on a nitrogen battery, which provides the best anti-vibration characteristics compared to counterbalanced balancing systems
  • 2 steps workpiece clamping system (to minimize damages)
  • Control panel could be installed from the right side as well as from the left side
  • High spindle drive power – 37/45 kW
